OK, I'll be partial here to a company I sell for:
Try Florida RF Labs (www.rflabs.com). They have numerous RF power
resistors and terminations. We can do a 60 Watt flanged device in a
package about the size of an RF power transistor. (.787 x .255).
We've also got connectorized bolt down terminations, chip resistors and
terminations, etc.
