Hi Jon,
If plate impedance is 4600 ohms in parallel with 7.6 pF and if you insert a 1uH
inductor between the anode and the TUNE cap, then plate impedance will be
"seen" by the TUNE cap as 2700 ohms in parallel with 10 pF. You are correct in
your calculation.
