My homebrew 4-1000 amp has been up & running for a couple months now, but I
smoked the plate transformer in ARRL DX this weekend, it was an old
transformer made for tube rectifiers and choke input, the plate voltage
dropped from 4100 to 3KV under load, so no great loss! I'm looking for at
least 4 KVAC at 1.5 amps.
I also need another 32 uf oil cap to series with mine. Anyone have one to
sell?
