I just came across a monster HV XFMR.. (UTC Transformer "Type 308")
weighs maybe 200 pounds (guessing), has 6 terminals on the input side
arranged in two groups of three (Presumeably dual primaries configurable
for 110/220 series parallel?), and 7 HV output terminals (labelled
"4800" pair, "6000" pair, "7000" pair, with a single "CT" (Center Tap)
terminal). Question.. How many 4-1000's would it take to tame this
beast?
