I have an unusual situation that has developed with my 77SX. When in the
high voltage (SSB) position, the grid and plate current meters indicate a
slight reading, without drive being applied. No power output is indicated.
When in the low voltage position, with no drive, there is no indication on
either the grid or plate meters. The high HV tap provides 4000 VDC and the
low voltage side is 2600 VDC. The amp appears to be working normally and
providing the typical output. Do I have a tube or tubes going out ? Thanks
for your input and thoughts. Tom K4XG
