So what is the output impedance of an RF power transistor determined by? If
the impedance is low, then it can't be determined by the usual delta
Vc/delta Ic with Ib constant - unless these transistors aren't like other
transistors (or they have an abnormally low Early voltage). Yet the optimum
load impedance is certainly low.
