Hi John,
May be it is the Tube TB3-750 made by Philips. This is a Triode with
5 Volts at 14.1 A filament. The tube looks outside like 3-500z, same socket.
The my is 25, plate dissipation 500 W. The tube is an older one and I
found data in 1960 edition book.
