There are a couple of ways. Conventional AB1 with regulated screensupply =
and passive input (control grid shunted to ground with 50 ohms) or as I =
use the tube; in G2DAF configuration, with floating point of operation. =
(Hope this wont start a new dabate, as we have been thru it a couple of =
times before....) Either way, it makes a very sturdy amp with abt 15 - =
20dB gain and from my experience the
only thing that can take the life out of that tube (in Ham-use), is if =
you use a hammer....!
