I heard rumors about availability of 17dB gain, 1 Kw, 1.3 - 40 MHz linear
amplifier modules.
If rumors are real, the modules should be interesting because using
hi-voltage power mosfets the
supply voltage is well in excess of 200 V and consequentely the supply can
be done without any heavy transformer (isolation from mains is claimed as
obtained by input/output broadband transformers).
Is there anyone with more infos about ?
