[AMPS] sola xmfr operation

Skipp,

Do these constant voltage xfmrs distort the input waveform? I seem to
remember reading somewhere that they could, although I thought they used
resonance and a high leakage reactance in conjunction with a magnetic shunt.
What are they like on power factor?
