The lamps in my MLA2500 were #382 "T 1 3/4 midget flange" lamps.  I
purchased replacements from All Electronics, see:

Actually, instead of #382's, I used #330's which are rated at lower
current and longer life, but of course aren't quite as bright.  I
don't see the #330's currently listed in the .PDF file noted above,
but the #382's are there.  Price is $0.50 each.

If you don't mind the reduced brightness tradeoff for life, you might
also consider using #327 lamps, which are 28 volt bulbs in lieu of
the original 14 volt bulbs.
