Hi All,
I finally ended up buying a used 91b Alpha, it works FB except on 10/12
meters the input SWR is pretty high (~2:1) and the screen 'tune' indicator
reads high as well. It will put out full power on those bands but I have a
feeling that maybe the 10/12m mod had not been done. The previous owner
never used it on 10/12m so he isnt sure if it was ever done. I dont need
the mod - I'll call Alpha to get it but today is Saturday and I am just
wondering if its normal for these amps or if the mod was never done.
