Mouser has some. They do telephone orders. // Amplifier manufacturers
tend to ignore resistor ratings. To prevent another recurrence, observe
the resistor mfg's V rating. For example, if the V rating is 1000v max
per unit, and you have a several kv anode supply, three 500k-ohm
resistors in series are needed.
