My two cents worth:
Lets face it the CB operators are the reason that we can not purchase
amplifiers that will function on 10 or 12 meters without modification
and
require 100 watts of drive. Government intervention is only punishing
the innocent and not the guilty.
I feel that any CBer found to be operating any kind of amplifier should
be fined $1,000,000 and spend about 5 years in jail.
Maybe after spend a few year with some good buddies they would learn not
to be so quick to break the law.
