Ok.  It is in RTF.   Word will open it.  The file is 2.4MB.  It contains 
around one million words.  The interesting stuff begins just after Mr. 
Rauch mysteriously cancelled a post on 28 November.  In this post he 
proposes that we solve a suppressor problem of his own creation.  Shortly 
thereafter, he cancelled the article, and he has stonewalled it ever 
since.  .
