Be careful adding current limiting to filaments!!!

You can ruin a MOX cathode tube if the filament voltage is low, or if 
the heating during the normal warm-up time is decreased.

Make sure the voltage is correct after you add the device, and you 
don't slow the application of full voltage down so much that the 
cathode isn't fully warm when you operate the PA.

With a directly heated tube, be sure the voltage is high enough 
after you install the surge limiter or you can aggravate IMD 
problems.
