It looks a 1-5/8 connector and you need a transition with inner.
It's not an easy challange to find out a direct 1-5/8 to 7/16 or N
adapter since 1-5/8 is an high power connector and there's little
chance that is commonly required to adapt with N or 7/16 connectors.
If I were You I'll decide to built the adapter with a piece of 7/8"
cable one side with 1-5/8 and the other with the smaller connector.
Alternatively you can search a 1-5/8 to 7/8 adapter and from that one
another adapter 7/8 to 7/16 or N.
