There was a gentleman selling one here in Houston, Texas a few months back,
from VOA. It was crated, still in sealed cartons. I can't recall the price
though. Maybe someone a little better at searching Ebay could find it in
the archives.
And no, that is not the most powerful transmitting tube any longer.
