Thanks for all the replies re: Dayton blowers. It turns
out that the 1C180, which I thought was too quiet, is
just adequate to cool an 8877.
Several folks suggested I contact Grainger. The first and
last time I visited their local store they had several
signs posted saying they would not sell to individuals, and
they told me they had no interest in my business. Since I
don't know anyone who wants to drive 25 miles to town to
act as my shill, I don't consider Grainger a viable option.
