[AMPS] Information on watercooling GS35B

I have placed the DUBUS article on water-cooling the GS35B on my server
so all who asked for copies can have them.

The english translation, I have been told is lacking, so I would ask if
there is someone that could do a better job.  If so I would be glad to
put it on my site also.

Some of the things that the english translation leaves out or is not
clear on after my first reading were:

1. What size is the copper tubing?
2. The filler material "TIN" should this be solder?
3. What is the clearance (fit) between the inner cylinder and the anode?
