If the fan keeps the vox open all the time then the vox needs to be
adjusted so the fan doesn't trip the vox.
In your example it is a nox ( noise operated transmit) not a vox. If you
don't adjust the vox settings so the fan doesn't trip it, then you might as
well not use it, use PTT instead. A quiet fan is what you want not a noisy
one.
