[AMPS] care to take a guess..? Alpha problem

I had the same symptoms with an Alpha 77SX... Low power.  The problem was 
slipped chain drive and improperly indexed input and output band switches.  A 
youngster thought they were neat cranks and cranked them over to the stops and 
beyond.  I re-indexed the switches and everything is fine.
