[AMPS] filament chokes

I have used this method successfully many times when
converting Henry RF generators for amateur use. The
stock Henry choke does not cover 160-40 meters.
A power resistor can be added in series with the transformer
primary to set the proper filament voltage and limit in-rush
current.
