Hi...

I am new to the list.
Did someone make a FET PA with SGS Thomson 2SD2933 or similiar  or has
some experience with the MRF150  (ex Motorola now M/A-COM) MOSFETs  ?

I was looking thru the archive but did not find much about MOSFET PAs.
