[AMPS] Oil filled cap mounting question

I have one of the GE energy storage caps I'm planning on using in a PS. Is
there any restriction on how they are mounted?
It would be a lot easier if I could mount it horizontally but wondered if
there is a reason the have to be mounted up and down.
