You might also try this link for small
quantity boards.
http://www.apcircuits.com/  Their P1
service (two sided FR4) is very
reasonable if you stick to their "free"
drill sizes.  Does not include silk
screen but not a problem if you have
your original artwork.  For board sizes
over 30 square inches they were the
least expensive for quantities under
50pcs.  They are sort of off shore,
Canada, good $$ exchange rate.  Boards
on your doorstep in two business days.
Either Circuit express or PCB express
supplies cad software for their service,
don't remember which one.
