Here is an 'open' cap from a MLA2500B that I
recently acquired for 'upgrade' to GI7B's

http://edebris.com/catalog2/browse/1119/0/0/0

If your cap string has a max working voltage equal to
the value of any one cap more than that which is
applied, there will be no 'domino effect'. from a short, right?

In the MLA2500 there is room for 8 of the newer smaller
caps to replace the 6 that came in the doubler supply.
For the additional $25 or so difference in cost, it's well worth
glomming them in. Price break on caps is usually at qty 10
so it makes sense to buy ten and pick the best 8.

Here's one to ponder. what makes for 'best' in this situation?
Lowest leakage or best C match (after conditioning of course).
