Mark -- When I was running a tetrode with handles [putting out 14k] on
40m to thwart the jammers, a number of people wrote to the FCC and
complained. Many of them were big-gun contesters who ran a tetrode with
handles in the closet during contests.
the difference between me and them was that I did not claim I ran 1500w.
