Less Q means less Z transformation ratio.  A Q of 2.5 might be ok for a 
tube with a RL of 300-ohms and a 50-ohm antenna.  Eimac recommends 
aminimum Q of 10.

Compared to a Pi, harmonic reduction is typically 15db better for the 
Pi-L.
