[Amps] Amp Problem

OK, I need some more help. I have no idling plate current. Meter shows about
10 ma. of grid current, but no idling plate current. At this point the only
2 options I have are, either all 4 811s went south or plate meter shunt is
open. Any others that I should look at ?
