This is a highly technical question and requires a detailed explanation. Rich
may or may not
be fully up on these aspects...

The key to the process is the method of recovering and saving the vacuum. As we
all know
electrons do not actually travel through the vacuum, rather they flow across the
*ether.*
If any philostogen mixes with the ether the electrons cease to transfer. The
famous Edison/Marconi
equations: delta *e*/delta *p* = Sigma Lambda M applies here.

Of course the vessel utilized for the storage must be especially designed and
built for
the process. The purity of the material used in the vessel must be very high and

selected for minimal *electron potential level.* Otherwise the vacuum containing
the
ether will be impure.
