[Amps] 3-500Z characteristic curves

HI all,
I'm looking for the 3-500's characteristic curves. Where can I find out it  
on line ?
There is an higher distorsion or non linearity by exciting my TL-922 with  
20-30W only (to have abt 500W out in CW) ?
I think not, but what is the exact point of work in this amplifier ?
