Pi-Net calculations are typically performed by selecting Q, Rin & Rout then
calculating Cin, Cout & L.
Does anyone have a reference for formulas with L, Rin & Rout as the givens,
then calculating Cin, Cout & Q?
This will only be realizable by starting with the exact Pi-Net formulas, not
the old (Handbook) approximations.
