I opened it up and I'll answer myself.
Looks like I have all the typical problems.
The band switch contact is blown at the 10m position.
(Interestingly someone had done a "repair" at the 80m position with flat
copper strip)
The solder connection to the coil from the 10m band switch is blown apart.
Some burning residuals on the plate choke coil
Tubes are Cetron 572b's.
Not sure how much was pre-existing, how much was me :)
Doesn't look like the bias mod was done on it.
