Too soft or too hard -- doesn't matter. The equipment is absorbing the
shocks. The secret is JUST RIGHT -- and that is a bit scientific, which
is why we had a professional packaging company design the Alpha
containers and packing materials.

::I agree, John. I always use packaging designers, too. And the funny
thing is, their services are almost always "free," since you'll be buying
packaging from them at the end. I've never paid a dime for professional
packaging design or consultation, or even for the ISTA Class 1 testing (drop
shock with all the sensors attached, taking real accelerometer data) -- free
