Yep. I have a lot of this stuff accumulated over the years, mostly stuff
that came with vector voltmeters and the like. The 11536A is good to at
least a few GHz and they're easy to find.

Steve, that seems to be the final word, then. When I
Google'd "10218A" I got some hits, but not many. When
I Google "11536A", I find lots of companies selling
them used. As you say, the difference is that the
11536A is a TEE fitting, and the 10218A is purely a
probe tip-to-BNC adapter, which I then use with a BNC
tee.
One final note - the accessory kit 11570A contained
two of the 11536A tees, and some 50 ohm loads and
splitters. The 908A load is particularly useful as it
is a precision 50 ohm reference for calibration.
Often, the 11570A is easier to find than any of the
constituent parts.
