SOLENOID3.EXE (search on Google) gives total interwinding (parallel) 
capacitance of a single layer solenoid.  For stray or shunt to ground, 
assume the solenoid is a cylinder in a box or above a ground plane and 
use the usual formulae to calculate the capacitance.
