Take the panel to a PPG automotive paint supplier and they can digitally
match the color. You should be able to get them to mix a base coat that can
be clear-coated for an outstanding finish. There are dulling agents that can
be added to get the desired sheen. If the cabinet is aluminum, after it is
stripped bare you must apply zinc cromate primer to stop oxidation and then
prepare the cabinet for painting..I do all my custom built amps with
automotive urethane base/clearcoat finish and the results are great..Jim.
