[Amps] voltage rating of vacuum capacitor

What is the minimum voltage rating that you would  use for a variable vacuum 
capacitor.This unit would be  used as amplifier plate tuning capacitor.   Pi 
network output network,the plate voltage would be 3000vdc at full load.
