If anyone is interested I can supply the name of a supplier of really
heavy duty alternators, single or triple phase, as direct replacements
for OEM products.
One application I saw used seven units and a custom serpentine belt
connected to a Dodge Hemi engine that did nothing but drive the
alternators at 6,000 RPM.
