[Amps] Tube checking

I've got a bunch of older 4cx250 class tubes and a Fluke meter. Would someone 
please tell me how to check for shorted screens, or actually EVERYTHING I might 
do with just a meter to see if these are good or bad, at least to that point, 
for resale?
