The other version of pressnuts are weld nuts they look about the same except
don't have the little ridges. They install finger tight in a slightly
larger hole and you BLAM them with a spot welder.
I have installed pressnuts with a small hammer and they stay put nicely.
You could always BLAM them with a spot welder too I suppose if one gets out
of control.
