Hi Aron,
Mouser (http://www.mouser.com/) shows them in stock in
two forms -- "normal" and "reverse polarity" (1N2971B
and 1N2971BR).  However, while you'll pay
approximately $5 USD for the part, you'll pay a
minimum of $38 USD for shipping.  If you can't find a
1N2971 in your country, you may want to just use a
stack of silicon rectifiers instead.  The advantage is
that you will be able to select the number of
rectifiers to set the zero signal plate current to
your liking.  Another technique for adjustable bias is
shown here: http://bias.gs35b.com/ -- I used it in my
Heathkit SB-220.
