Waters tubes were made by United Electronics as were early round bulb
Cetrons. I have a pair of Waters here that I use for testing, they still do
800W on 6M and the date codes are both 6424.
Those Ep/Ip specs you gave are the same as the SB-200 readings.

Information provided by Waters Electronic Company for optimum amateur
communication in ICAS for
2 × 572B in parallel:
Grounded grid application
Anode voltage
2150 V
Anode current
600 mA
Resting current
100 mA
Driving power
120 W
HF output power
800 W
Amplifier terminated in 50 Ohms and adjusted for max output power

So, 800 watts is the claimed output by this MFG. of 572B tube.
