Would you believe this ! Two Blown Dentrons in a matter of weeks !
Oh well, here we go:
Amp 1; Dentron ML2500 Symtoms: Blows Fuses and Household Trip Switch at
switch on. Visually OK, no signs of exploding Caps etc.
Amp 2: Dentron GLA1000B Identical symptoms, but big smell of burning and
the Transformer looks as though its melted brown goo at one corner.
(Guess it’s the transformer).
So, any help on Amp 1, and anyone know where to get a Transformer for
Amp 2 ?
