I have an unusual item to offer to the group. It is Peter Dahl's
personal 3 phase, external power supply for his Alpha 77 SX. This supply
will easily deliver 5,000 VDC at 3 amps continuous duty, approximately 6+
amps peak. The primary is tapped for 240 volts and + & - 10 %. It is
enclosed in a metal box with casters to make it a bit easier to move. It
weighs approximately 400 pounds. Peter had this supply mounted in the attic
and socketed, umbilical cords running through conduit down to the operating
position. I am offering this power supply in original 3 phase setup. If no
one wants it this way, I will probably convert it to single phase and use it
myself. Asking $3,500. We can talk about shipping.
I also have Peter's matching Alpha 77 SX with either brand new tan or
black anodized panels, buyers choice. It is still socketed for the external
power supply. If someone takes both units, I will consider a special
package price and delivery. Pictures are available is seriously
interested.
