For the solid state builders of the group, I found the MRF150 MOSFET
at Future Electronics for $35.22 a piece. Their web site shows 1000+
in stock. It seems like these were a little hard to find for awhile.
I ordered four of them to check them out before I ordered more. They
are the MACOM part all shiny and new.... all with the same codes on
the body so that should make matching easy.
