I spoke at length with Rudi from Emtron. The new DX-2B utilizes a single
4CX1500B, which has good supply from Chinese sources. He is preparing to also
include 6 meters into the new DX-2B, which should compete with the Acom 1000
(HF + 6 Meters), except at the 1500 watt level. Rudi said development of the
amplifier could be completed later this summer.
