Hi Mike, I used my FT-847 with the CAT interface for digital modes, I hooked
everything up and it didn't work. I went crazy trying to figure out why I
could not get a handshake with the radio and the computer. Turns out I was
NOT using a NULL MODEM interface cable. BE SURE if you need a null modem
cable that you have one and not a regular cable, it won't work.
