With 2 tubes the input impedance will be halved.
An easy way to do the output is to have a fairly close wound coil and
the Tune cap about 3/4 meshed. For 2 tubes, stretch the coil a bit and
see where the cap winds up. Adjust the coil and cap until you have full
output and with sufficient extra range on the cap. There is no need for
rocket science Q calculations, most anything within reason works fine.
Ive had no problem converting several LK-800A amps to 6M and they are a
3 holer.
